- 1 shot of Peach Schnapps Ceres 100 percent natural peach juice – I used a 33.8 ozliter container of Ceres 100 percent natural peach juice (see notes) for this recipe.
- Water, sugar, peach slices, and cinnamon sticks are combined in a medium-sized saucepan. Bring the water to a boil
- Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the fire and set aside until the mixture has reached room temperature. Remove the cinnamon sticks from the pan and put them aside
- Strain the liquid into a large jar or container (with a cover), pushing on the particles to extract as much liquid as possible
- Combine the cinnamon sticks, Peach Schnapps, Everclear, and Peach Juice in a large mixing bowl. Shake vigorously
- Refrigerate for at least 2 days before serving. Add extra Everclear or Schnapps to taste and adjust to your liking. If it’s too strong, add 1/4 cup (or more) water until it’s to your satisfaction. To remove the pulp from the mixture, slowly pour it through a mesh strainer to remove the pulp. As you work, solids will be pressed against you. Solids are discarded, and the process is repeated. For best results, I place it in a cooler filled with ice or in the freezer for an hour before serving to ensure that it is as cold as possible when served. After putting the vanilla beans in the clean jar, I fill the Mason jar halfway with high-quality moonshine to the brim. I make sure there is approximately a half-inch of gap between the jar’s lid and its top.

I carefully pour the chocolate-moonshine concoction into the two mason jars using a steady, even hand. I use my best judgment to ensure that I acquire equal quantities of the coffee beans.
Step 4: Cover and shake
