Remove the pan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. Add the alcohol once the mixture has been allowed to cool fully. Fill sterilized mason jars with the mixture. The apple pie has been baked and is ready for eating! Warm or cold, it is a versatile dish.
