You don’t need much of it, or else you won’t be able to stand for very long! Then again, sometimes a cold night (or day–we’re not judging here) calls for something to keep you warm! It takes a little patience to produce Cinnamon Apple Moonshine, but once you do, you will have enough to last you for quite some time, and it is actually quite simple!

    • In a large saucepan, add all of the non-alcoholic components, including the apple juice, apple cider, both sugars, cinnamon, and apple pie spice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. Because I like to use McCormick Ground Cinnamon instead of cinnamon sticks, you will note that there are no cinnamon sticks in the actual recipe. It’s nice to have the cinnamon sticks around for decoration. Bring the ingredients to a low boil, then decrease the heat to a low setting and allow it to simmer for around an hour.

      1. Ensure that the temperature is 150°F or below before adding the alcohol (if you want to be precise).

      If you are unable to locate Everclear 190, you can substitute Everclear 151 or the highest proof vodka that you can locate instead.
